All content within Sparke, including but not limited to designs, logos, and features, is the intellectual property of Sparke Team or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

You may discontinue using Sparke at any time by uninstalling the application. Please note that any obligations incurred before account closure will remain in effect.
· Sparke Team provides the service "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, performance, and security of Sparke. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
· By using Sparke, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sparke Team, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
• Your access to or use of Sparke
• Your breach of this agreement
• Content you submit through the platform
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
· Sparke Team reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this agreement at its discretion. Changes will be reflected in the "Updated" date at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review the agreement periodically. Continued use of Sparke after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
· This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sparke Team operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
· Any legal disputes arising from your use of Sparke shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
